For the last year, I have been doing very well buying things at local yard sales and flea markets and listing it online to sell it for much more than I paid for it. Since I know that the winter season is going to make buying difficult for me, I wanted to stockpile some inventory to get through the winter. I had to find some space to store this inventory until I could get it listed and sold. I started using a storage unit a few miles from my house to store the things that I bought and it has worked out great.
